What does HausKlar cost?
HausKlar is currently free: managing properties, agreements, payments, receipts and statements costs nothing. Should that ever change, we will let you know well in advance.
Do my tenants need an account too?
Only if you want them to. You invite tenants by email and access is free for them. Without an invitation you simply carry on using HausKlar on your own.
How reliable is receipt capture?
Very good on ordinary invoices — but never blind. HausKlar shows how confident it was for each field and only saves once you've confirmed.
Can I bring my existing data across?
Properties, units and agreements take a few minutes to set up. Existing receipts and documents you simply upload — HausKlar suggests where each one belongs.
Is it worth it for a single flat?
Yes. HausKlar is deliberately built so that one flat pays off just as much as a whole portfolio.
Is there an app?
HausKlar runs in the browser on any device. On top of that there's a native app for iOS and Android with camera scanning, push notifications and a biometric lock.
